Our policy lasts 10 Days. Still, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a Refund / Return & Exchange if 10 Days have gone by since your purchase. To be qualified for a Return / Return & Exchange your item must be unused and in the same condition that your entered it. It have to also be in the new packaging – including tab, original packaging, price markers, etc. The relief policy may be canceled if your package may appear to be damaged or your package has been tampered with. Volley and Delivery of your order will be listed hand- in- hand in case of exchanges and reserves after completing the verification.

Please be Noted: We regret to inform you that without an unboxing video of the product, we will be unable to process your Refund / Return & Exchange request. Please take a video when you unwrap this your parcel. Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is entered and checked, we will shoot you and dispatch to notify you that we’ve entered your returned item. We’ll also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. However, also your money back will be reused, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original system of payment if you’re accepted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

Still, first ensure your bank account again if you haven’t entered money back yet. Also communicate your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
