Our policy lasts 10days. Still, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange if 10 days have gone by since your purchase.
To be qualified for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you entered it. It have to also be in the new packaging.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is entered and checked, we will shoot you and dispatch to notify you that we’ve entered your returned item. We’ll also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. However, also your money back will be reused, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original system of payment if you’re accepted.
Exchanges (if applicable)

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

Return Due To Change Of Mind (if applicable)

Tito’s Fashion House will happily accept returns due to change of mind as long as a request to return is entered by us within 10 days of damage of the item and are return to us in original packaging, brand new, and in a resalable condition. Return shipping will be paid at the client’s expenditure and will be demanded to arrange their own shipping. Once returns are entered and accepted, refunds will be reused to store credit for a unborn purchase. We’ll inform you once this has been finished through dispatch.

After Delivering Your Parcel
Please Be Noted: We regret to inform you that without an unboxing video of the product, we will be unable to process your refund or exchange request. Please take a video when you unwrap this shipment. Make sure the information on the label is visible on the video before removing the outermost covering, and you must show your product on this video. It will help you in case you receive a damaged product or etc… (This Policy Is Applicable Each & Every Product.)
